
Our pre-inspection and lock-up service allow the JES Technical Team to identify any maintenance problems before arrival and during the departure lock up (when they turn on/off hot water, open/close shutters, turn on/off heating/cooling, take in/out heavy garden or terrace furniture, set clocks, TV’s, DVD’s, video, Hi-Fi’s, secure property on departure and record meter readings).
The Technical Team is available to resolve any problems you may experience during your stay, or whilst your property is being used by family, friends, guests, or when unoccupied. They do not work Sundays, but are on call 24 hours a day, on standby outside normal office operational hours.
The Technical Team are also happy to provide a maintenance/repair service, along with a visual inspection during periods of bad weather or when we have concerns (to ensure everything is safe and sound), each of these services have a fixed charge.
