Pool Maintenance

Pool Maintenance is provided on request, all year round. Our comprehensive standard package includes the care of your chlorine or salt water pool with three weekly visits (the basic package is once a week) as we recognise that your swimming pool should be enjoyed by you and your family. We ensure all our Technical Support Team understand the importance of maintaining the correct balances in your pool and every owner will be allocated an individual with full responsibility for that property/pool. We work on a first name basis with a familiar and friendly face and this helps to build a relationship and allows a 24-hour emergency interface with rapid response to every eventuality. Other services that we carry out are as follows:

• Annual servicing of pumps, pipes and valves
• Service to sand filters or pressure washing
• Cleaning and re-grouting of the pool is attended to with permission from the owner
• Cleaning/painting pump room is done when necessary, usually every 3 or 4 years
• Check the pumps, heaters etc. to give your pool equipment longevity
• Making sure the pool is cleaned thoroughly on each visit, including regular back washing
