Our TECHNICAL TEAM - managed by Paul Johnstone - operates during normal office hours and in addition provides all our customers with 24 HOUR support and call-out to resolve any problems you may experience during your stay, or whilst your property is being used by family, friends or guests, or when unoccupied. 

They also carry out the majority of MAINTENANCE repairs, day to day breakdowns (i.e. electrical, mechanical, carpentry and plumbing, etc), along with providing an internal/external painting and decoration service.

The PRE-INSPECTION service includes both the arrival check and departure lock-up check (turn on/off hot water, open/close shutters, turn on/off heating/cooling, take in/out heavy garden furniture, set clocks – TV’s, DVD’s, Video, Hi-Fi’s and securing of property on departure). Utility readings are collected & analized (water, gas & electric)

Every property owner will be allocated an individual with responsibility, this first name and friendly face allows a 24-hour emergency interface and rapid response to every eventuality
