The ADMINISTRATION TEAM, managed by Maria Eduarda is available to control all access to your property, for family, friends, guests and sub-contractors, and is responsible for the maid service, maintenance, client services, pools and garden works carried out on your behalf, ensuring charges to the owner’s account are clearly explained and fully justified.

WEEKLY updates of the OCCUPANCY LISTING are supplied to All Members of Staff, to ensure that they are aware of when your property is occupied, and by whom.  We can arrange to pay the following:

Local Utility Accounts, gas, water, electric, telephone Property tax and Legal bills Accountants and Tax Returns Insurances, house, contents or car Car and golf buggy servicing, inspections & tax General gardening & Pest Contol bills etc Alternatively, you can arrange to pay some of these accounts by direct debit through your local bank.

Statements are produced MONTHLY from record sheets supplied by the different departments for internal services rendered and from official bills paid to third parties on your behalf, and e-mailed to your preferred address. 

All Bills and Receipts are kept in our office and can be viewed at any time.
