Our Housekeeper, Maria Jesus and her loyal team of friendly maids provide a high standard of maid service, in accordance with our customer's personal needs and preferences. From the outset, we always agree these terms in private on a signed Administration Agreement, therefore knowing where each party stands.

Whilst the property is unoccupied we recommend that it is opened up, aired and cleaned between 1 to 4 hours per week, dependant on size of property.

In preparation for your arrival the property is given a thorough clean externally (windows, shutters and terraces are optional) and internally (lounge, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms).

When the property is occupied, the service includes dusting, sweeping, cleaning the floors, making the beds, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen.

Following your departure, between 1 – 2 hours are normally sufficient to carry out the cleaning of wc’s, stoves/ovens, disposing of perishables and rubbish, stripping the beds and removing the towels for laundering.

All sheets and towels are laundered as necessary, as part of our laundry service. Laundry is weighed by the laundry company. Dry cleaning is also available for special items.
