
Our bi-lingual Administration Team is available to control all access to your property, for family, friends, guests and sub-contractors, and is responsible for processing the maid service, maintenance, vehicle services, expenses and garden works carried out on your behalf, ensuring all charges are itemised from the monthly Income/Expense Reports and debited from the Owner’s Property Operating Float Account.

These will then be recorded and reflected on your Income/Expense Report, it is also possible to pay some of these accounts by direct debit through your local bank. All bills and receipts are kept in our office and can be viewed at any time.
